What do I need to bring when boarding my dog?Please bring your dog’s regular food, any medications with instructions, and something familiar like a toy or blanket to help them feel at home. We provide beds, bowls, and lots of love — but personal items can make your dog’s stay more comfortable.

What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up hours by appointment to best accommodate your schedule. We’ll confirm exact times when you book your stay.

What happens if my dog gets sick or injured while in your care?In case of illness or injury, we’ll immediately contact you (and your emergency contact if needed) and seek veterinary care. We are authorized to take your dog to the vet for treatment, and you’ll be responsible for all medical expenses. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I board my dog for an extended stay (weeks or months)?Absolutely! We offer long-term boarding for clients who need extended care — whether you’re traveling, moving, or deployed. We’ll make sure your dog stays happy, healthy, and cared for like family the entire time. We also offer discounts for extended stays.

Can you give my dog medication during their stay?Yes, we’re happy to administer medications at no extra cost. Please provide clear written instructions and make sure all meds are labeled with your dog’s name and dosage.

Do you accept all breeds and sizes of dogs?Yes — we welcome all dogs, regardless of breed or size. For everyone’s safety, we require that all dogs be up to date on vaccinations.
